Accelerated health Program
The Accelerated Health Program is a 30 day, 12 session program built to kick start somebody into fitness and see immediate results. Using our tried and tested “Layered Fundamentals” model we bring stability, strength and aerobic training together to deliver an efficient and consistent program.
We prioritize building stability, mobility and baseline strength and endurance to drive a general health improvement. As a by-product of this we will see changes in body composition, mood, vitality and freshness.
The sessions are sharp concentrated using science to give the person the most bang for their buck.

Our Group Training is our premier affordable Strength & Conditioning Programs. This is S&C for life. The programs are all individualized and are developed for your unique needs, but you share the time & space with others so we get that unique team motivational atmosphere.
What is even more great about these programs that you can flexibly choose your three slots in the week. There are 5 evening and 4 early morning sessions available. The Program last are 3 months long and work as follows:
- Full Initial Assessment
- 3 x60 mins Group PT Sessions p/Week
- Extra training days personalization & programmed and loaded on Training app
- Weekly & Monthly Nutrition & Lifestyle goal setting
